Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking an Industrial Welder to support the buildout of our high-performance data centers. In this hands-on role, you will fit and weld large-bore piping and structural steel to ASME Section IX, keeping construction moving on our AI supercomputing infrastructure.

You will collaborate with mechanical, structural, electrical, and operations teams, welding pipe, supports, and structures from construction through turnover.

Qualifications

• Journey-level welding experience with large industrial piping and/or structural steel.
• Completion of a recognized welding apprenticeship or equivalent.
• ASME Section IX qualification or ability to pass welding tests.

Responsibilities

• Fit, tack, and weld large-bore piping and/or structural steel per drawings and WPS.
• Lay out, cut, bevel, grind, and align joints; check fit-up and reinforcement.
• Read isometric, spool, and structural drawings and follow welding maps.
