Buckman is seeking a Sales Executive for the Midwest-Illinois Water Treatment market. You will manage existing accounts, identify new applications, and drive profitable growth, while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.

Based in IL with travel and remote collaboration as needed, you will partner with field service, planning, lab, and R&D teams to optimize water treatment solutions and profitability for customers across the region.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in sales or application of chemical products in industry.
• Knowledge of industrial water and wastewater processes is preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and account management.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling within assigned accounts.
• Develop new opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from discovery to close.
• Coordinate with service, planning, R&D, and supply chain to align on goals.
