Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks a Project Manager for Industrial Water to lead business development, client engagement and project execution across multiple sites in the US. The role oversees engineering teams, budgets, invoicing and performance reviews to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The position requires a PE license, a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and extensive water/wastewater experience. A hybrid work model and ESOP ownership are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineering License; Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline.
• Understanding of budgets and financial metrics.
• Contract negotiation skills including knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing efforts and strategy development for opportunities.
• Interact with clients, develop market strategies and engage clients.
• Oversee project execution, budgeting, invoicing and performance reviews.
• Mentor and develop staff and promote team members.
• Act as project manager with responsibility for project team.
