Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join the F21 Industrial Reclamation Water Plant (IRWP) project in Phoenix, AZ. You will participate in the design and construction across all phases, coordinating with engineers of record, contractors, and vendors to meet milestones and QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in building industrial water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety-first approaches and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee design, construction, and commissioning of the IRWP across all phases.
• Plan, schedule, and survey work in place according to plan.
• Review constructability, technical designs, and contract documents.
• Evaluate submittals, RFIs, estimates, and proposals.
• Benchmark progress against baselines and drive critical path completion.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage permitting, inspections, and quality control processes.
• Tackle technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
