Job summary

TSMC Arizona invites an IRWP Design Engineer to join the F21 project in Phoenix, Arizona. You will lead design activities for the new IRWP, coordinating with manufacturing, facility teams, suppliers and vendors to ensure reliability and 24/7 operation in a state-of-the-art environment.

The role requires planning, international regulatory design considerations, and collaboration across organizations. Training may be required in Taiwan; standard hours are Monday–Friday, with on-site duties in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field.
• Technical skills include project management and communication coordination.
• Knowledge of water treatment technologies including clean water and wastewater; knowledge of P&ID, piping, and basic water engineering.

Responsibilities

• Planning, system design, and outsourcing for construction of new IRWP overseas.
• Cross-organizational communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Assessment and implementation of innovative technologies to address process challenges and environmental goals.
• Design tailored to international and local regulations and requirements.
