WSP USA is seeking an Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Lead Operator/Site Manager for the North Clear Creek plant in Black Hawk, Colorado. The role oversees daily operations and maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery of tasks, while providing technical support to site staff.

The ideal candidate has multiple years of O&M experience at wastewater facilities, a valid Colorado Operator Certification (Class B+), strong leadership and communication skills, and will help

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three+ years of O&M work at wastewater treatment plants or similar facilities.
• Two+ years of experience supervising (O&M) staff at wastewater plants.
• Ability to obtain 40-hour OSHA HazWOPER certificate or hold current certificate.
• Colorado IWTP Operator Certification Class B or higher.

Aufgaben

• Supervise site staff and assign tasks; monitor workloads and safety performance.
• Inspect plant processes and equipment; review and edit operator notes; prepare monthly reports.
• Ensure staff operate equipment safely; ensure permits and regulatory compliance.
• Lead training; manage parts orders and inventory; participate in site meetings and handoffs.
• Uphold safety, conduct and policy compliance; support project objectives and timelines.
