Berkshire Production Supply LLC is seeking a Vending Support Specialist for our Indianapolis, IN facility. You will install, program, and troubleshoot tool and MRO industrial vending machines at customer sites, and handle service tickets and inventory.

The role requires a 20% travel, valid driver's license, HS diploma or GED, and strong communication. On-site work with remote support as needed; company benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be age 21+ to drive a company vehicle.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency.

Responsabilités

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot tool & MRO industrial vending machines.
• Answer and respond to multiple calls daily while creating & logging service tickets.
• Maintain an accurate inventory for each machine at each customer, remotely or onsite.
