Job summary

A leading sausage manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Partner to perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting for plant utility systems in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of maintenance experience, preferably within a USDA-regulated environment. Responsibilities include operating HVAC systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience with PLC, boiler, ammonia refrigeration systems, and HVAC is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all plant utility systems including refrigeration and HVAC.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document in CMMS.
• Detect faulty operations and report them to appropriate personnel.
