Job summary

Alta Equipment Group is seeking an Industrial Tire Manager to drive tire department growth and oversee daily operations across an assigned territory. The role blends business development, customer relationships, and operational leadership to boost revenue and service excellence.

You will lead technicians, manage pricing and invoicing, and monitor KPIs such as revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction while promoting safety and teamwork. A hands-on leader who can deliver results is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, service management, operations, or leadership.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in industrial tires, commercial tires, construction/OTR tires, or related industry preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Position Summary

The Industrial Tire Manager is responsible for growing industrial tire sales and overseeing the daily operations of the tire department within an assigned territory. This role combines business development, customer relationship management, and operational leadership to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Quote, sell, and support industrial tire products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Manage daily department operations, including scheduling, inventory, purchasing, pricing, invoicing, work order processing, and customer support.
• Lead and develop technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor department performance, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
