Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, accounting and/or bookkeeping is required.
• Industrial timekeeping experience is preferred.
• Must pass a timekeeping test (payroll calculations).
• Must pass a credit and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Review timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter hours into the payroll system and allocate hours as directed.
• Analyze employees' hours based on schedules and cost coding.
• Maintain recordkeeping as mandated and generate reports as requested.
• Support overtime calculations and cross-check data for errors.
