Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Mequon, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Production Test Technician Level 2 for the 1st shift (M-F, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). The role involves setting up, calibrating, testing and troubleshooting circuits, components, and assemblies, with a starting hourly rate of $24.71.

You will follow blueprints and work instructions, develop test methods, perform basic failure analysis, and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Associate degree in Electrical Tech or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits and assemblies.
• Develop test specifications from blueprints and diagrams.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems; perform rework as needed.
• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and solutions.
• Assist in selecting and setting up specialized test equipment.
