Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to test production boards using multiple test platforms and to troubleshoot issues down to the component level. This role emphasizes quality, safety and reliability while maintaining a proactive, hands-on approach.

You will contribute to productivity and cost improvements, work on independent projects and in teams, and develop skills to become a technology resource in the test unit and other production areas.

Qualifications

• Electrical technical degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical field.

Responsibilities

• Test production boards using multiple test platforms.
• Troubleshoot failures to the component level.
• Focus on testing monitor systems and final assembly products.
• Improve productivity, safety, quality and cost.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives between manufacturing and engineering.
• Develop skills to become a technology resource for the test unit and production areas.
