Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and grow a newly established territory by converting prospects into long-term customers.
• Drive a mix of new business development and account growth.
• Meet customers onsite and build relationships with plant, operations, maintenance, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Create and execute a territory plan focused on revenue growth, margin performance, and customer retention.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, follow up, and in-person meetings.
• Use CRM tools daily to document activity, manage opportunities, and track progress against goals.
• Partner with internal teams across service, operations, and support functions to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Represent the company professionally in industrial and blue collar environments, adapting communication style to the audience.
• Travel regularly within the territory and manage a field schedule with a high level of independence.
