Job summary

Biesse America, located in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced Technology Applications Specialist to support the country sales team, respond to complex enquiries, and drive profitable growth across the machinery solutions portfolio.

You will manage the implementation of new technology systems, coordinate training, leverage CRM data, and collaborate with commercial, services, and marketing teams to enhance market share and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical diploma with relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of machinery/automation in industrial settings.
• Certifications in project management or technology applications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support country sales team and distributors for complex enquiries to hit sales/margin targets.
• Coordinate the implementation and deployment of new technology systems.
• Collect training needs and deliver educational activities for the sales team.
• Utilize CRM with Sales Intelligence to improve sales efficiency and performance.
• Coordinate travel to meet clients and strengthen the sales network's knowledge.
• Analyze sales and forecasting to guide inventory and align with goals.
