Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep warehouse and yard operations running safely and efficiently. The role involves hands-on maintenance of facility equipment, forklifts, roll-up doors, electrical systems, welding, and diesel/yard trucks, with refrigeration experience a plus.

You will perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the team to minimize downtime while following safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial, warehouse, facility, fleet, or equipment maintenance.
• Experience with one or more of the following: Roll-up doors; Forklifts/material handling equipment; Electrical troubleshooting; Welding and fabrication; Diesel equipment or yard trucks; Mechanical equipment repair; Comfortable using hand and power tools; Basic computer skills; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently while also taking direction and working as part of a team; Strong attention to detail and commitment to working safely; Refrigeration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and physical structures
• Troubleshoot and repair roll-up doors, forklifts, material handling equipment, and other warehouse equipment
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Complete welding and fabrication work as needed
• Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment and yard trucks
• Assist with plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on material handling equipment following manufacturer and company guidelines
• Assist with basic refrigeration system inspections and maintenance under the direction of experienced team members
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cutting torches, and other maintenance equipment
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to help minimize equipment downtime
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the maintenance team and facility leadership to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as needed
