Job summary

Colonial Pipeline Company seeks a technically inclined Technician (Associate Level I) in Beaumont, TX to support maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems across the pipeline network. You may begin as an Associate Technician and participate in the NexGen Technician Training Program to gain hands-on experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of related industrial experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of industrial-related experience in technical or operations (mechanical or electrical) field.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel across facilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends; subject to call-out and overtime.
• Ability to complete NexTech Skill Sets I and II.
• Apprenticeship completed and/or Associate or Technical degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
• Supporting emergency response efforts and maintaining related equipment.
• Managing parts requisitions and assisting with budget tracking.
• Completing documentation for DOT compliance and internal reporting.
