Job summary

PrideNow is seeking an experienced Technical Support / Engineering professional to act as the primary technical interface between customers, Customer Service, and Engineering. The role includes on-site visits and coordinating solutions across teams.

You will lead technicians and engineers, ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements, and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting equipment improvements and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 10+ years equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of manufacturing/industrial operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of PC/PLC controls, refrigeration, and vacuum systems.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical/electromechanical equipment and PLCs.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/sterile/aseptic environments.
• Knowledge of aseptic filling equipment including vials, syringes, cartridges, isolators, and VHP.
• Proven leadership experience in industrial technical environments.
• Strong communication, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding technical issues.
• Provide timely technical solutions and troubleshooting.
• Conduct on-site customer visits to assess and resolve equipment issues.
• Coordinate technical solutions for technicians and engineers.
• Support engineering projects and equipment improvements.
• Lead and manage technicians, engineers, and administrative support.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements.
