Job summary

The role offers local travel (50-90%) and involves design, installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and customer support across multiple industries. The administrator level leads activities in project/service management and documentation; the technician level performs project tasks

Qualifications

• AS/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
• 5–10+ years experience for administrator role; 0–5 years for technician level.
• Proficiency with networking, virtualization, Windows administration, and control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows/Linux Servers, Hypervisor environments, and network infra.
• Design, install, and document software, network, and server infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot systems (servers, networks, PLC/SCADA/DCS, software environments).
• Perform upgrades, patching, and preventative maintenance.
• Lead or support FAT/SAT testing, field cabinet testing, and commissioning.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain software automation pipelines.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support and troubleshooting.
• Respond to service requests and document resolutions.
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with project teams on system integration and infrastructure setup.
• Assist with FEED & sales activities such as site walkdowns and estimating.
