Kaat’s Culligan is a locally owned 3rd generation business with 90 years in operation, located in Grand Rapids. We seek a motivated outside sales professional to drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation while nurturing existing clients.

You will manage the sales process end-to-end, write engineered-based quotes, and deliver water treatment solutions with commissions and growth opportunities within a mature territory.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer communications and service.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business - identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Existing customers - maintain and nurture current clients and identify new opportunities.
• Sales process - manage leads and sales pipeline to ensure you're meeting revenue goals.
• Solutions - write and deliver engineered-based solutions and quotes.
