Qualifications

Responsibilities

Analyze lead times, queue times, WIP, cycle times, and throughput to meet demand.
Build scalable models to optimize product flow under constraints.
Develop optimized scheduling tools and align SAP/MRP with executable plans.
Incorporate interdependencies across cost centers, programs, equipment, and tools.
Communicate planning requirements with IT, ERP, business analytics and data science teams.
Design interactive UI for scheduling across cost centers.
Lead digital transformation aligned with sector and enterprise strategies.
Drive improvements using iterative and agile methods.
Create metrics and data visualizations to monitor shop floor performance.
Complete time studies and implement resulting actions.
