Job summary

Lexicon is seeking a Systems Analyst to collaborate with division leaders, operations teams, and field personnel to translate business needs into practical technology solutions. You will document processes, analyze operational challenges, support ERP/CRM and reporting tools, and coordinate implementations across teams to improve project delivery and enterprise decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in data, reporting, systems analysis, or related role; internships may count toward entry-level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to clarify ambiguity and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication and collaboration with field teams, operations leaders, and tech resources.
• Experience supporting ERP/CRM, reporting, and enterprise applications including access control, configuration, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Define system needs with leaders to improve project delivery, fabrication support, field productivity, and visibility.
• Document current and future state business processes across estimating, fabrication, field installation, safety, and project controls.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, work plans, success metrics, and implementation steps for technical teams and vendors.
• Support ERP, CRM, reporting, and other applications through access management, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify root causes and recommend practical improvements aligned with timelines and resources.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across regional teams and executives to build alignment and adoption.
