The Systems Analyst partners with division leaders, operations teams, and field personnel to improve systems, data, and workflows, translating needs into practical technology solutions and ensuring secure access, reliable data flow, and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Analytics, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in data, reporting, systems analysis, application support, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to clarify ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with field teams and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, reporting, or other enterprise applications.
• Ability to document requirements and create SOPs and knowledge articles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with division and operations leaders to define system needs and opportunities to improve project delivery, fabrication support, and operational visibility.
• Document current and future-state business processes across estimating, detailing, fabrication, field installation, safety, quality, and project controls.
• Translate operational requirements into functional specifications, workplans, and implementation steps for technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support ERP, CRM, reporting, and other enterprise applications through access management, configuration, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Analyze data, gather feedback, and recommend practical improvements aligned with schedules and resource planning.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across regional teams and leaders to build alignment and adoption of solutions.
• Develop implementation plans, training materials, user guides, SOPs, and adoption strategies with change management teams.
• Engage with jobsites and operations teams to validate assumptions and pilot solutions.

Education
