• Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, costs, and performance.

Are you an experienced Industrial Superintendent with a passion for construction and a thirst for travel? We are seeking a Permanent Industrial Superintendent (Travel) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects across the nation while leveraging your expertise in piping, process pipe, self-performing construction, and industrial operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities, including the scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction activities and teams, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
• Manage and control all direct and indirect construction expenditures to keep the project within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction specialists, ensuring all project requirements are met.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring all site personnel adhere to safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the work meets performance standards, codes, and specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues or disputes, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, costs, and performance.
• Travel to various construction sites as required, ensuring projects are proceeding as planned and addressing any issues that arise.
