Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic understanding of construction principles, drawings, and specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and superintendents in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
• Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services; manage RFQs and POs.
• Review submittals, schedules, RFIs, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with design teams to resolve conflicts and clarify details.
• Support contract administration, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Monitor safety compliance and field operations during site visits.
