Western Industrial Resources Corporation in Apache Junction, AZ is seeking a Structural Welder. The role involves welding, fitting, and fabricating structural steel components for industrial construction and maintenance, with emphasis on reading blueprints, weld symbols, and following safety standards.

You will perform SMAW, FCAW, or GMAW, inspect welds, ensure quality, and maintain equipment. Flexible shifts including nights/weekends; requires 3–5 years welding experience and ability to pass

Formación

• 3–5 years of structural welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass welding tests.
• Experience in industrial or mining environments preferred.
• Pass site-specific safety training and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Perform structural welding using SMAW, FCAW, and/or GMAW processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Fit, fabricate, and weld structural steel, plate, and miscellaneous metals.
• Verify materials, dimensions, and weld quality before and after welding.
• Use welding equipment, torches, grinders, and hand tools safely.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Perform repairs or rework as required.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Adhere to all site safety rules and regulations and wear required PPE at all times.
• Meet or exceed company safety standards.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management.
