Job summary

BSI Engineering seeks an experienced Structural Engineering Manager to lead the Structural team for industrial facilities across chemicals, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and aviation industries. You’ll guide engineers, oversee steel, concrete and FRP designs, mentor staff, and drive technical excellence in a growing, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience in industrial, manufacturing, or related environments.
• Experience leading people and projects as a manager.
• Expertise with steel, concrete, masonry, and structural systems.
• Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE, ACI 318, AISC, NDS and related standards.
• Experience with structural analysis software (RISA 3D, MathCAD preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of structural engineers and designers.
• Provide technical leadership for design and analysis of structural systems.
• Oversee project execution balancing quality, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Interface with clients and project teams to deliver practical solutions.
• Review and seal engineering deliverables to ensure compliance and quality.
