Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering; structural coursework required.
• Professional Engineering registration highly preferred.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual layouts, engineering studies, and cost estimates.
• Perform structural analysis and design for steel structures, concrete foundations, equipment supports, pipe racks, buildings, platforms, and industrial infrastructure.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical specifications, sketches, and construction documents.
• Review calculations, drawings, and designs prepared by other engineers.
• Ensure compliance with IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, and client standards.
• Coordinate with mechanical, piping, electrical, process, and project management teams.
• Support procurement through scopes of work, specifications, bid packages, and evaluations.
• Review vendor drawings, fabrication drawings, and submittals.
• Provide field support, site investigations, and construction assistance.
• Identify project risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts.
