Job summary

You will set up paint, adjust viscosity, operate spray gear and towveyor systems, document daily labor and inventory, and help keep the work area organized and safe for a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Prior industrial painting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coat Products for Finish and Protection using spray equipment to ensure quality surfaces
• Manage Paint Setup and Flow by adjusting viscosity, temperature and pressure
• Operate and Service Painting Equipment including towveyor systems and spray guns
• Maintain a Safe and Organized Work Area by following safety protocols
• Document Labor and Inventory including daily hours and material usage
• Move and Stage Parts using hoists or handling tools for next steps
• Support Team Operations and other duties as assigned to meet goals
