Job summary

Bailey Company Inc. in Piney Flats, Tennessee, seeks an Industrial Solutions Manager to sell, plan, coordinate, and execute dock and door projects, including rack and guardrail systems. You will work with sales, technicians, and vendors to align scope, costs, and scheduling while driving budgets and profitability.

Occasional travel within the territory is expected. If you have 3+ years outside sales experience in dock/door or material handling and a Bachelor’s degree, join our team.

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills in dock, door, and related systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Sell dock and door, rack, guardrail and other industrial solutions projects.
• Project manage industrial solutions projects from sale through completion.
• Manage technicians for installation and service tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering on project designs and field support.
• Provide leads to other sales teams and help close deals.
• Develop and monitor project budgets for profitability.
