Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and growing customers.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable presenting to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Understand business partner needs and leverage Snap-on offerings to develop tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on shop floors or in the field.
• Maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
• Review activities quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager to maximize sales and grow territory.
