Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager for the ISG Zoneworks Product line to lead sales strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of industrial sales experience, strong knowledge of industrial sales dynamics, and skills in training and motivating sales teams.

Key responsibilities include developing a sales plan, supporting the distribution sales force, and managing customer feedback for product development. This role includes up to 50% travel within North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful industrial field sales experience required.
• Ability to motivate a sales force to maximize sales.
• Strong understanding of industrial sales with Rite Hite Products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for Zoneworks Product lines.
• Support the sales efforts of the Distribution Company’s sales team through training.
• Create effective sales training programs and materials.
