Globe Machine Manufacturing Company is seeking an Industrial Engineer to translate customer needs into tailored manufacturing solutions. You will partner with our Sales Team and contribute to technical and commercial proposals, including 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and process studies.

The role blends engineering, technical sales, and problem‑solving, ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to communicate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings and equipment specifications strongly preferred.
• Experience or proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Factory Design Utilities; SolidWorks experience is also relevant.
• Excel for process modeling and cost estimation; Word for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer needs; analyze requirements to understand goals, equipment needs, and system specs.
• Develop customized proposals including technical and commercial content, sales drawings, 3D renderings, and process diagrams.
• Perform engineering and cost analysis using data and internal cost models.
• Draft process descriptions, technical specs, and project requirements for internal teams and customers.
• Present technical solutions to leadership and customers, supporting the Sales team in meetings.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and manufacturing to ensure feasible, cost-effective solutions.
