Job summary

Topographic, Inc. in Benbrook, TX seeks Survey Technician I to perform complex land surveying with emphasis on industrial site development and terrestrial laser scanning. You will process and analyze data, prepare deliverables, and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities include researching sources, creating base drawings, producing maps with AutoCAD, using TBC and Civil 3D, and QA/QC. Will travel to worksites as needed; must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Produce subdivision maps and ALTA/topographic surveys with AutoCAD.
• Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right of way and easements.
• Perform QA/QC on work and generate field-ready data files.
