Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a candidate to safely and efficiently execute industrial, chemical, or environmental jobs at client sites. The role may involve planning, organizing, and coordinating equipment and personnel across the full job life cycle.

You will drive safety, communicate with customers and MPW management, and adapt to a demanding, 24/7 operations environment while maintaining high productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Industrial Systems Technology is a plus.
• High School specialization in a trade or vocational program is ideal.
• High School Education or equivalent is acceptable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CDL license a plus.
• Specific systems exposure in an industrial environment is acceptable.
• Experience in maintenance or industrial cleaning preferred (2–3 years).
• Strong mechanical understanding and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive MPW's safety program for all staff.
• Conduct safety meetings and complete JSAs before jobs.
• Communicate with customers, operations and logistics daily.
• Plan, organize and coordinate equipment and personnel for jobs.
• Plan workflow at customer sites and balance workloads under time pressures.
• Exhibit technical expertise in industrial cleaning and maintenance.
• Adapt to a 24/7 emergency response business model.
• Be able to improvise to complete jobs safely, cost-effectively and with high quality.
• Move up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
