Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site functions including health & safety, quality assurance, construction supervision, field engineering, project controls, contract administration and materials management.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, facilities and services to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong client relationships and foster trust with local communities.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable codes, standards and regulations.
• Set the tone for a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Chair contractor kick-offs and progress reviews; ensure clear stakeholder communication.
• Build and mentor a capable site team and ensure performance and accountability.
