Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years electrical assembly or related experience; training may be considered.
• Foundational ability to use common hand tools safely and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of industrial electrical components, wiring methods, motors, and control circuits.
• Ability to read basic work instructions, wiring diagrams, parts information, and repair procedures.
• Ability to use hand tools, termination tools, torque tools, and electrical test instruments safely.
• Use of PPE and respirator training if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspection, cleaning, electrical disassembly, component replacement, wiring, termination, and assembly under approved guidance.
• Identify visible damage or loose connections; escalate beyond competence.
• Use hand tools, crimping and torque tools, and electrical test equipment for tasks after training.
• Assist with point-to-point checks and de-energized electrical tests under guidance.
