Job summary

Mustang Survival, part of The Wing Group, seeks an Industrial Sewing Machine Mechanic in Jacksonville, FL. You will diagnose, repair, install, and program industrial sewing equipment and automated systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

Technical degree, vocational certification, or equivalent practical experience in industrial machinery, electronics, or automation.
Experience repairing or servicing industrial sewing machines or similar electromechanical equipment.
Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and software-related problems on industrial sewing equipment.
Install, calibrate, test, and verify operation of sewing machines and automated systems.
Create and modify sewing programs; configure machine parameters for customer applications.
Provide remote or on-site technical support to customers and distributors.
Prepare technical reports and training materials; train lead persons and technicians.
