Yulista Holding, LLC is seeking an Industrial Services Technician I in Nevada, Iowa to assist with the installation and maintenance of conveyor belts and related equipment in mining and industrial settings. Responsibilities include preparing belts for splicing, operating tools, and adhering to safety standards.
No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude are preferred. This position requires a high school diploma and may involve outdoor work at various client facilities.
Industrial Services Technician I is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of conveyor belting, rubber components, and related process equipment used in mining, oil & gas, and heavy industrial applications. This role supports senior technicians and learns industry-standard splicing methods, safety procedures, and equipment operation. Works under the direction of the Industrial Services General Foreman to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance of material handling and process systems critical to client operations.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
The work environment is a fast-paced, multi-tasking setting requiring high performance. This is a site-based role requiring regular presence at client facilities in mining, oil & gas, or industrial settings both indoors and outdoors. The position may require extended shifts, weekend work, rotational schedules, and travel depending on project scope and location. Exposure to heavy industrial environments with strict adherence to safety standards. Adaptability regarding schedule and design changes, and overtime for immediate field support may be necessary.
