Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead two or more crews at a customer location. You will plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain accurate documentation to meet client requirements and safety standards.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in industrial cleaning with prior supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with safety training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 plus years of experience within the industrial cleaning industry.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License; OSHA certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs crew to complete job duties per client requirements and company policies.
• Schedule jobs and crews; may dispatch crews on nights and weekends.
• Inspects equipment and work area; ensures safety and compliance; completes paperwork.
