Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Hydro Blaster/Field Technician to join a safety-focused team performing hydro-blasting and related industrial cleaning tasks across sites. This role favors transitioning military personnel leveraging skills in safety, operation of hydro-blasting equipment, and on-site problem solving.

You will be responsible for safety compliance, equipment operation, and coordinating with customers on job scope.

Qualifications

• Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience from other jobs.
• Language proficiency: understands English to comprehend safety training and emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and related policy requirements for driving company or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for safety policies of company and customer, including operations, safety, equipment, emergency response and admin tasks.
• Operate manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment as needed.
• Operate high-pressure pumps and specialized hydro-blasting/chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment.
• Inspect cleaned surfaces for conformance to specifications and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
