Job summary

Omni One is seeking an Industrial Services Project Manager to oversee project execution for industrial contracting and manufacturing environments in Spartanburg, SC.

You will evaluate needs, prepare cost estimates and bid pricing, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate vendors, and serve as the on-site lead during mobilization and start-up.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to align client expectations with operations and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience with industrial services, industrial contracting, manufacturing, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external personnel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and requirements for industrial services projects.
• Prepare project cost estimates of costs and bid pricing for industrial services projects.
• Prepare proposal documents for customers.
• Be the internal point of contact for project status and updates at meetings.
• Ensure project budgets and timelines are met or exceeded.
• Obtain vendor quotes for supplies, materials, equipment, and subcontractors necessary for projects and select appropriate options.
• Ensures personnel have a clear understanding of client expectations for projects.
• Provides assistance to Operations during pre-job, mobilization and start-up of projects.
• Serves on-site Project Manager duties as required.
• Manage and organize project data.
