Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager for industrial construction in Greenville, SC. You will lead projects from planning through completion, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, and field teams. Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality on site.

The role commands a salary range of $90,000–$120,000 based on experience, with a company vehicle and full benefits. A background of 3+ years in industrial construction PM is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial construction project management experience.
• Degree or technical training in construction management preferred.
• Experience managing project schedules, labor/subcontractor planning, and material procurement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage industrial construction projects, including scope, schedules, manpower, and budgets.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to project teams and field personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors/vendors, internal departments, and employees to maximize project operations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Review/manage change orders, purchase orders, and submittals.
• Ensure projects meet safety requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
• Visit project sites regularly to support field operations and personnel.
• Oversee material purchasing, equipment coordination, billing, and proper documentation.
