Job summary

Cowlitz Clean Sweep (CCS), a division of Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC, is seeking an Industrial Services Foreman to lead field projects, organize crews, and coordinate equipment and customer needs in industrial cleaning and environmental services. This hands-on leadership role requires directing crew work, ensuring safety, and keeping projects moving on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and have 3+ years hands-on industrial cleaning/environmental field experience, with at least 1 year leading crews.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Hazardous-waste handling, confined-space entry/rescue, and OSHA 10/30 certifications strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and management; complete accurate field documentation.

Responsibilities

• Line out daily work according to project scope, priorities, schedule, and site conditions.
• Lead in the field, coach crew, and operate vehicles or equipment as trained.
• Schedule resources and coordinate with customers and management.
• Prepare daily reports, time records, and change-order documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.
