Job summary

Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC (CCS division) is seeking an Industrial Services Foreman to lead industrial cleaning and environmental service projects in the field. You will organize crews, coordinate equipment and customer needs, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on leadership, field supervision, and a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years hands-on experience in industrial cleaning or related field with at least one year leading field crews.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR required.
• CDL preferred but not required; certifications like OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR are strongly preferred but may be obtained via company training.
• Experience with hazardous-waste handling, confined-space entry/rescue is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Line out daily work according to project scope, priorities, schedule, and site conditions.
• Lead in the field, work alongside the crew, and operate vehicles or equipment when trained and authorized.
• Assign daily responsibilities, communicate expectations, monitor attendance and performance, and coach employees.
• Assist with scheduling employees, equipment, and resources for projects.
• Lead pre-job planning, job hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and site-specific safety communications.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment in compliance with laws and policy.
• Track labor, equipment, rentals, and project costs; monitor run rate against project value.
• Identify scope limits and communicate change orders for approval.
• Prepare daily reports, time records, safety/customer paperwork, and inspections.
