Job summary

Cowlitz Clean Sweep (CCS), a division of Pacific Northern Environmental LLC, seeks a Foreman to lead field teams, coordinate projects, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on industrial cleaning and hazardous waste tasks. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 3–5 years of field management, CDL/Hazmat experience preferred, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and client relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3-5 years of field management experience and managing health and safety for mobile workforce.
• Experience in bulk disposal and hazardous waste handling.
• 2-3 years of confined space entry and rescue experience preferred.
• 1-year minimum supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects within budget while improving efficiency and profitability.
• Comfortable interfacing with clients to maintain and grow business relationships.
• UST certification and UST decommissioning experience preferred.
• ICC-U2 certification preferred.
• Heavy equipment operator experience preferred.
• CDL with Hazmat preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work according to priorities and plans.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and comply with safety and company policies.
• Maintain ability to drive company vehicles.
• Produce schedules and monitor crew attendance.
• Allocate daily responsibilities.
• Ensure safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Monitor expenditures to keep projects within budget.
• Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
• Assist department manager with scheduling, estimates, bidding and paperwork.
• Provide exceptional professionalism and customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
