Job summary

Pacific Northern Environmental LLC’s Cowlitz Clean Sweep division seeks a Foreman to lead field teams, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure safety and quality on site. You will communicate with clients, prepare paperwork, and support the Department Manager in pre-field duties and scheduling.

The role emphasizes strong supervisory skills, experience in environmental cleaning, and a customer-focused approach to servicing major industrial clients across the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 18+ age.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance policy.
• 3-5 years in environmental, marine and industrial cleaning experience.
• Experience in bulk disposal and hazardous waste handling.
• 2-3 years in confined space entry and rescue; 1 year minimum supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work according to priorities and plans.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and comply with laws and policies.
• Ensure ability to drive company vehicles and manage crew attendance.
• Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor safety and quality standards.
• Monitor expenditures and projects to stay within budget.
• Resolve conflicts quickly and amicably.
• Assist department manager with scheduling, estimates, safety, and paperwork.
• Provide exceptional professionalism and customer service.
