Job summary

Cowlitz Clean Sweep (CCS), a Pacific Northern Environmental LLC division, seeks a Business Development Manager II to drive new business and expand client relationships across industrial services. You will develop proposals with operations, present to clients, and cross-sell services across PNE’s family of companies.

The role requires six-plus years in industrial services sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to half the time.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of industrial services sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience selling industrial cleaning or environmental services.
• Experience collaborating with operations to meet customer requirements.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% overnight within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team environment to grow accounts.
• Research market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new partnerships and channels for revenue growth.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline from prospect to close.
• Cross-sell services across PNE’s companies to existing clients.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and forecast performance with operations teams.
