East & Westbrook Construction is looking for a hands‑on Project Manager who thrives in industrial, self‑perform environments. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of projects, leads from the front, and is committed to safety, quality, and delivering results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Drive and model our Safety Program—safety is our #1 priority
• Partner with Safety to develop site‑specific safety plans
• Build and maintain project schedules and look‑aheads
• Manage field teams, including Foremen, FITs, and Leadmen
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Monitor daily progress, budgets, and job performance
• Proactively identify and solve delays, risks, and field challenges
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, specs, and client expectations
• Prepare job status reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

What You Bring

• 3+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of self‑perform work, means & methods, and field execution
• Proven leadership in managing crews and developing field talent
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
• Experience with construction scheduling and project management tools
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
• PMP certification is a plus (not required)
