Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer for a Full Time Industrial Site in Gresham, OR. You will monitor and protect a manufacturing location, provide customer service, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents while supporting access control.

Responsibilities include patrolling interior and exterior areas, verifying visitor credentials, documenting observations, and responding calmly to alarms.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required prior to employment.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization; maintain logs and direct authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly; notify site contacts and responders as needed.
• Prepare clear reports documenting patrols, incidents, and security activities.
