Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Manager, Industrial Security to lead program-wide security compliance and risk management in the Spectrum Superiority sector.

This role requires a DoD Top Secret clearance and deep knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, and security operations, with responsibility for audits, DD-254s, access control, and security training. You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers to uphold regulatory alignment and mission support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years prior experience or Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience; in lieu of a degree, 13 years of related Industrial Security/COMSEC experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required; adjudicated and current Continuous Evaluation date.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily security operations and ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
• Oversee access control to compartmented areas within facilities.
• Establish standard procedures and Program Implementation Plans for each secure environment.
• Maintain DD-254s, accreditation letters, and access rosters; manage required paperwork.
• Provide security support for meetings with internal and external customers and government representatives.
